We’re thrilled to announce that Betty Ann Norton Theatre School (B.A.N.T.S) is opening Speech, Drama & Acting Classes for Teenagers in Castleknock!

Starting this September, teenagers in 1st–6th Year (ages 12–18) can join our brand new Friday evening classes at Castleknock Parish Centre. Whether your teen has years of experience or is completely new to drama, this exciting new class is the perfect way to build confidence, creativity, and communication skills—while making new friends and having fun.

What Makes This Class Special?

Because this is a brand new offering in Castleknock, students will be part of the very first group to shape and grow the class community.

Each class (Fridays, 5:30–8:00 pm) follows a dynamic structure:

  • Voice, Speech & Teamwork – Warm-ups, improvisation, and games that build confidence and group spirit.
  • Ensemble & Movement Work – Scene creation, movement, and collaborative performance exercises.
  • Solo Work – Monologues, duologues, poetry recitals, and performance practice to help every student shine individually.

Term Dates & Fees

  • Term 1: 1st September – 14th December 2025 (14 weeks, €700)
    • (No class during mid-term: 25th–31st October)
  • Term 2: 5th January – 31st May 2026 (18 weeks, €900)
    • (no class over February midterm Feb 16th-22nd or Easter break March 30th-April 5th)
  • Per-class cost: €50 (2.5 hours)
  • Discounts: Sibling and returning-student discounts available.
  • Students can also join partway through the year if spaces are available—perfect for teens who want to try something new mid-term!
